    3.    Severe Mental Health Issues: If you are experiencing severe depression, anxiety, or mania that is interfering with your daily life, traditional therapy is more appropriate.
    4.    Substance Use Issues: If you are struggling with serious substance abuse or addiction, please seek professional help or treatment.
    5.    Minors (Under 18): Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We encourage minors to seek appropriate care from licensed professionals specializing in youth mental health.

If you are experiencing any of the situations listed above, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for immediate assistance. These services are not a substitute for urgent medical or psychological care.

Your safety and well-being are our priority. If you need help or guidance, please reach out to the appropriate emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider.
